1.1 How do I cancel an order?

If you submit an order but wish to cancel or modify it, contact our support team by email or telephone. We will do our best to help you.

2 Warranty & Return Policy
2.1 Do you accept returns?

Yes. We can accept a return if you return it within 15 days of having receveived it. However, the article must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If not, we will not be able to accept it.

Please note that you will be responsible for all costs associated with returns.

2.2 Are the articles I purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes. All articles in our e-shop are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by normal or abusive use of the product.

3.1 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to almost any country in the world. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship to your location.

3.2 Can I track my shipment?

Yes. We will send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your products. You will be able to track it until reception.
