We ship orders using La Poste's Colissimo service, Chronopost and Fedex. You are free to choose the shipping method you prefer. Shipping usually takes 5-15 business days (1-3 weeks) depending on your location.
Please note that we may change the shipping fees at any time.
Also note that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, shipping may take longer than expected.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to contact us immediately.
You may return your purchase to us within 7 days from the date of the delivery and obtain a credit note equivalent to the price of your purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
However, for a return to be accepted, your product must be unworn, in its original packaging and still have tags attached. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
To return your items, follow these steps:
- Repackage your products.
- Email us at [email protected] to signal your intent of returning your purchase.
- Send us the item via postal service or Fedex (sending returned items is at your charge).
- Send us the tracking number by email at [email protected].
Once the returned product is received by our warehouse, we will analyze it to determine if it meets the conditions for a return. We will contact you by email to notify you if your return has been accepted or declined. If it's accepted, we will credit your account with the amount corresponding to the purchase. If it's declined, we will offer to send the product back to you, but the shipping cost is entirely at your charge. Once you pay for the shipping, we will send the product back to you.
Please note that you are responsible for all fees associated with returns. Also, Juliette&Roméo reserves the right to refuse to credit your account with store credit if the product is not in perfect condition.
